Most boundary trainings give you scripts for saying no.

In this six-part video training with an accompanying digital workbook, Dr. Rebecca Gras, psychologist, clinical supervisor, business consult, and Boundary Bender in Recovery,  shows you why your internal relational system learned that saying no felt unsafe in the first place, and how that learning continues to shape your clinical decisions, availability, and earning potential. This training is not simply about changing your language.

It is about updating the internal relational framework that determines when you override yourself, when you overextend, and when holding others becomes your primary source of worth.

About the FrameworkDeveloped over years of clinical practice, supervision, and consultation, Dr. Gras’s boundary framework integrates:

Relational psychologyTrauma-informed systems thinking

Practice sustainability

It is designed specifically for therapists who already understand boundaries intellectually, and want to understand why those boundaries collapse under relational pressure.

Hello, I am Dr. Rebecca Gras a licensed psychologist, clinical supervisor, and business owner with nearly 20 years of experience. I am also a Boundary Bender in recovery.

For years, I held space for everyone else -clients, colleagues, friends-while my own needs quietly disappeared. I over-functioned in my relationships, disappeared in friendships, and built my business around everyone else’s priorities, leaving my energy drained and my boundaries blurred.

In 2022, a personal health crisis forced me to confront these patterns. During the nightly care of a severe hand injury, I realized I had never truly allowed anyone to love me in my raw, vulnerable state.

This experience taught me how to receive care while still giving it and how to build a values-based Relational Boundary System that transformed my energy, my relationships, and my professional life.

Now, I combine my lived experience with nearly two decades of clinical expertise, supervisory insight, and real-world business strategy to guide therapists in reclaiming their energy, setting sustainable boundaries, and creating a professional and personal life that honors both their clients and themselves.

In The Valued Holder video series and accompanying Workbook, I bring this transformation directly to you, helping you hold others without losing yourself.

What This Training Does — and Does Not — Do

This training will help you:

  • Identify the relational patterns that drive over-functioning

  • Understand how safety, loyalty, and value became linked

  • Build an internal boundary system that does not rely on guilt or depletion

  • Practice holding your value alongside your care for others

This training does not replace therapy, supervision, or consultation.

It is a self-directed professional development experience intended to deepen awareness and prepare you for more integrated boundary work.
